A Sting fan was nice enough to send me the late season Arizona Sting sked that's completely different than the one available at the start of the year.

Update of the MLS 2006 page with the skeds I've gathered so far. The Sponsor info is incorrect but at least there are some pictures to check against. Dallas has at least 3 different covers. Kansas City has at least 2.
